We offer Pan India shipping, which means we ship to all states and territories within India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote area, we ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.


2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery date.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. The delivery time may vary based on the shipping method chosen, product availability, and the delivery location.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (Available for select items)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can be impacted by factors such as weather conditions, regional holidays, or public events.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the following factors:

  • Shipping Method: Choose between standard, expedited, or express shipping.
  • Order Value: Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping within India (specific details will be provided at checkout).

5. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders above a specified amount. The minimum order value for free shipping will be indicated at checkout.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for some shipping methods. Please provide a valid street address for accurate delivery.
  • Certain Areas: In rare cases, delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional charges or may be unavailable. You will be notified if your location is affected.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your MedInsider Store account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.


8. Lost or Damaged Items

While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, issues may occasionally arise during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your package is lost, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Damaged Products: We will either provide a replacement or a refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as lost by the courier, we will initiate an investigation and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
