Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy allows returns within 30 days of purchase. Certain goods like perishables, intimate items, and gift cards are exempt.

For refunds, proof of purchase is required. Once your purchase is confirmed, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund in 5 business days, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sale items are non-refundable.
